Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to picvault.online, available at https://picvault.online.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of picvault.online, including image uploads, image storage and generated image links.

In these Terms, "picvault.online", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the individual operating the service from the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using picvault.online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. About picvault.online

picvault.online is an image-hosting service that allows users to upload supported image files and access them through generated links.

The service currently provides:

We may modify features, supported formats, upload limits or other functionality when reasonably necessary.

3. Eligibility

You may use picvault.online only if you are legally permitted to do so and can comply with these Terms and applicable law.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with any supervision or permission required by law.

You must not use picvault.online in a way that violates applicable laws or another person's legal rights.

4. User Responsibilities

By using picvault.online, you agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any image you upload.

5. Upload Limits and Supported Files

picvault.online currently accepts common image formats, subject to the file types actually supported by the uploader.

The maximum permitted upload size is 4 MB per image.

Uploads may be rejected if a file exceeds the size limit, uses an unsupported format, fails processing or triggers a technical or security restriction.

We may change supported formats and upload limits as the service develops. Any updated limits will apply as communicated through the website or uploader.

6. Prohibited Content and Use

You must not use picvault.online to upload, store or distribute content that:

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security measures or deliberately overload our infrastructure.

7. Ownership of Uploaded Images

You retain any ownership rights you have in images you upload. Uploading an image does not transfer ownership of that image to picvault.online.

By uploading an image, you grant picvault.online a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process and transmit the image as necessary to operate the service, generate and deliver image links, maintain security and respond to lawful requests.

This licence is limited to those purposes and continues for as long as necessary to provide the service and handle any applicable technical, backup or legal retention requirements.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

8. Public Image Links

Images uploaded to picvault.online are intended to be accessible through their generated links.

Anyone who obtains an accessible link may be able to view, download, copy or share the image. You should not upload confidential or sensitive material on the assumption that a generated link provides private access.

We cannot control what other people do with images once they have accessed or copied them.

9. Storage and Availability

picvault.online is designed to retain uploaded images indefinitely rather than automatically deleting them after a fixed period.

However, indefinite retention is not a guarantee of permanent storage or uninterrupted availability.

Images may become unavailable or be removed because of technical failures, maintenance, infrastructure changes, security concerns, legal requirements, copyright complaints or violations of these Terms.

You should keep your own copies of important images. picvault.online should not be treated as your sole backup solution.

We do not guarantee that every image will always be recoverable or that every generated link will work forever.

10. Image Removal and Complaints

picvault.online does not currently provide a self-service image deletion feature.

If you believe an image should be removed because it infringes your rights, violates these Terms or is otherwise unlawful, contact [email protected] and include the image URL and an explanation of your concern.

We may review the report, request additional information and remove or restrict access to content where appropriate or legally required.

We may also remove content on our own initiative where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our policies or comply with the law.

Removal from picvault.online does not guarantee removal of copies held by other people or third-party services.

11. Service Changes and Suspension

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of picvault.online when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, legal or business reasons.

We may restrict access to the service or remove content where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, created a security risk or used the service unlawfully.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

12. Third-Party Services

picvault.online relies on Cloudflare services for hosting or storage infrastructure and may rely on other third-party services as the website develops.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, technical limitations and policies. We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or performance of services operated independently by third parties.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, picvault.online is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of images or links, or that all technical problems can be prevented.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, inaccessible image links, removal of content under these Terms, third-party actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that apply to you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to picvault.online, its features or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory legal rules require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.
